As you can see, it was a colourful way to start off the day. I was heading into the weekend with good vibes.

Despite how small the zucchini pancakes looked, they tasted amazing! With smashed avocado in between and the perfect fried egg on the top, it doesn't get any better than that. I only wish it was bigger.

The main reason I wanted to come to this cafe was for the tiffany latte. It's not everyday that you can enjoy a blue latte and I was told that it's caffeine free because it's actually white chocolate. I really wanted to like this but it was definitely one of those drinks that was more for aesthetics. It's sweet but the odd aftertaste left a strong impression, which unfortunately I wasn't too keen.

My friend also really enjoyed her pink benedict and compared to my zucchini pancake, it's extremely affordable for the amount of food you get. The Elevation Cafe has created their own take of an eggs benedict using hollandaise sauce made from beetroot. If beetroot isn't your jam, they also have a green benedict that's made from avocado.

This is a lovely cafe to visit for their food so why not drop by and see for yourself!
