A quick look around told me the crowd favourites for this year were the okonomiyaki, bao, soufflé pancakes and waffle store. First place is reserved for The Flying Noodle store. Look out for these as they're the most eye catching item from this year's line up. On two separate occasions I've had people come up to take a photo of the noodles and ask where it was from. You might be wondering why right?

These noodles do fly! A round of applause to the genius that came up with this unique concept. This reminds me of the fake noodle samples that are put up for display at noodle stores. Except this is the real deal! Is this magic? That's a secret that I will never tell so go check it out for yourself.

These noodles are tasty but on the oily and heavier side. At $22, it's quite expensive but worth it for the ultimate instagram photo so if you're interested I'd say go ahead and order this. However I'd suggest something sweet afterwards to combat the saltiness.
Compared to last year, it seems to have improved with more interesting food choices. The vibe is also great if you don't mind crowded places. Foods can be overpriced but you get what you pay for. Cash payments aren't accepted but a card system is in place to increase efficiency.
If you enjoy these kind of food events, Parramatta Lanes is another great option to go check out.
